FISH PRESERVATION
The production of sprat in the tomato group and sprats - 1 million cans per year, is made from high-quality Baltic sprat in cans of 160 g, 240 g and 175 g (No. 2, No. 3, Hanza). Sprat smoking is carried out on the basis of cabinet-type oven equipment (horizontal ovens) for the production of high-quality sprat products. Production of cod liver of cod roe - 0.5 million cans per year, is made from high-quality Baltic sprat in cans of 185 g (No. 38). The laying of the liver is done by hand; the sorting of high-quality and second-rate liver is carried out constantly. Cod liver rolls only from chilled raw materials. The products are mainly produced by GOST.
